G2.Kinguin wins ECS Season 1 Finals

This is it, the moment of truth! Our Counter-Strike team will take on Luminosity Gaming in the title decider of the ECS finals! Who will win the trophy? Follow all the action here!

Our Counter-Strike team has arrived in London, where it will attend the offline finals of the debut season of the Esports Championship Series (ECS). Eight teams, hailing from Europe and North America, will be facing off at this three-day event for the grand prize and the title of ECS champion.

With ESL One Cologne right around the corner, the ECS Finals come as a timely test for our team, which is determined to get back on track after some mixed performances at the offline qualifier for the Major. Our group is pretty stacked as we will go up against the new Liquid lineup, with Josh “jdm64” Marzano, Luminosity Gaming and Ninjas in Pyjamas, but we already showed at the ESL Pro League finals that we can beat anyone on a good day!

The tournament will kick off with a double-elimination group stage, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the semi-finals. Below you can follow our full coverage:
