Our Hearthstone players Thijs “Thijs” Molendijk and Adrian “Lifecoach” Koy are on their way to San Sebastián, in the north of Spain, for the 2016 edition of GameGune, one of the oldest and most prestigious esports events in the country. Sixteen top players from all over the world will be taking part in this tournament, which will have $25,000 in prize money.

The tournament will begin with a round-robin group stage, with the top eight players then advancing to the single-elimination playoffs. A best-of-five Conquest format will be used, with players having one of their five decks banned prior to the start of each match.
