CS:GO team learns Global eSports Cup opponents

Our CS:GO team is set to travel to Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, for the season finals of the Global eSports Club, a $200,000 tournament featuring eight sides from all over the world.

Our recently-announced CS:GO team will make their first appearance for G2.Kinguin in just a few days’ time as they will be attending the offline finals of the Global eSports Club, hosted by Game Show. G2 and seven other top teams will travel to Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, to battle for the title and the bulk of the $200,000 prize pool.

We will face Cloud9, Astralis and Method in the group stage, which will feature a double-elimination format. Our first match will see us face the new Cloud9 roster, featuring Jake “Stewie2k” Yip, one of the hottest prospects in North America. It will be exciting to see whether it will be the 18-year-old or our own headshot machine, Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom, who will put on the best show.
