G2.Kinguin qualifies for ESL One Cologne

Our Counter-Strike team has arrived in Katowice, the city that will stage the offline qualifier for the next Counter-Strike Major, ESL One Cologne. Sixteen top teams, hailing from all corners of the world, have gathered in the Polish city to fight for the chance to attend the upcoming $1 Million Valve-sponsored event, later this year.

Unlike previous Major qualifiers, this one will feature a Swiss format, in which teams are consecutively paired with opponents that have the same result record. Three defeats result in elimination, while three victories will send teams straight to the Major.
