As we approach the halfway mark in the Split, there has been a change at the summit in EU LCS as fnatic leapfrogged G2.Kinguin after a 3-1 week! This will certainly make this very interesting heading into Week 5, as fnatic and G2 will face each other in the last match of the first round of fixtures!
Kim “Veritas” Kyoung-min was the top performer of the week as he powered Unicorns of Love to a 3-1 week with a KDA of 12.7, while fnatic’s Martin “Rekkles” Larsson was also once the top gold earner in the league, with teammate Fabian “Febiven” Diepstraten and G2’s ADC, Jesper “Zven” Svenningsen, following suit.
In terms of champion selection, Karma was once again a favourite among Supports, while Vladimir continued to have the highest ban rate. The Crimson Reaper punished teams who neglected him severely as he boasted a 100% winrate after six games – quite the OP pick!
