Last year saw the addition of our COO, Peter Mucha, whose experience with Microsoft, Adidas, and Universal Music, to name but a few, has impacted our activities greatly these past few months and shaped our future direction and vision. It therefore gives us great pleasure to expand our management team with even more tenured experts. We are proud to welcome Commercial Director, Lindsey Eckhouse, and Partnership Executive, Sabrina Ratih, to our senior management team.
Lindsey Eckhouse spent over six years managing and leading international commercial partnerships for the National Football League as Director of Partnerships and International Commercial and Marketing Manager. During her time with the NFL, she led the team responsible for all European NFL third party and commercial sponsorship and partnership activities. Prior to creating success at the NFL, she spent almost four years with IMG Sports and Entertainment, developing brand strategies and leading key client accounts where she managed their marketing and entertainment partnerships around the globe.
Lindsey said of joining the G2 team:
“While working in the traditional sports market in the past few years, one couldn’t help but notice the major impact and growth that esports is having. I’m very excited to be able to bring my understanding of brand partnerships to this fast-rising industry and to G2 Esports. I’ve been so impressed with the vision and success of the organization both from a business standpoint and a competitive one that it was a clear choice to join the company.”
Sabrina Ratih brings 12 years of experience in sales, partnerships, marketing, sports, media, and account management across a variety of industries. Before joining us, Sabrina founded Value of We, a partnership consulting and brokering company and prior to that, she spent over five years working in various partnerships positions at Red Bull, including creating and managing their first global partnership team.
When asked about her new position with G2, Sabrina said:
“When you are passionate about partnerships, there’s no way around esports. It’s the fastest growing global sport and the definition of fast-paced. Besides the competitive success, I love G2’s focus on entertainment. Considering my background it was exactly the place I wanted to be in. I’m excited to form partnerships with endemic and non-endemic brands that have a strong strategic overlap. Creating meaningful integrations is even more exciting when you get to entertain an audience that is extremely engaging and demands more than just logo badging.”
Discussing our latest additions, CEO Carlos ‘ocelote’ Rodriguez said:

We approached both Lindsey and Sabrina because of their knowledge and acumen in crafting high-level commercial partnerships for global brands. With these incredible additions to our management team, we aim to expand our already incredible roster of partners that includes paysafecard, Logitech G, AORUS, AOC, MAXNOMIC, and Twitch. We have already established ourselves as one of the top teams for partners in the esports and entertainment industries and we aim to expand our leadership position in the months and years ahead.
